Sia - Breathe Me

Help, I have done it again
I have been here many times before
Hurt myself again today
And the worst part is there's no one else to blame

Be my friend
Hold me, wrap me up
Unfold me, I am small and needy
Warm me up and breathe me

Ouch, I have lost myself again
Lost myself and I am nowhere to be found
Yeah, I think I might break
Lost myself again and I feel unsafe

Be my friend
Hold me, wrap me up
Unfold me, I am small and needy
Warm me up and breathe me

Be my friend
Hold me, wrap me up
Unfold me, I am small and needy
Warm me up and breathe me

This poem is truly beautiful. I think it is one of the best poems I've ever read - it's so honest, almost unnervingly so.

Congratulations

This is not actually a poem, its a song and I didn't write it. It is by an artist called Sia and the song title is Breathe Me. It was feature on the Last ever episode of Six Feet Under and it is such an amazing haunting track so if you like the lyrics you are going to love the song.

I love this song. I cried in that sequence of Six Feet Under. I have more than one version on my mp3 player.
